Different organizations have joined to initiate an European ECI to save our bees and insects. There have been official popular petitions in three German federal states. In Bavaria 1.7 million people have signed.

debcheckroot v2.2 supports file only repos: use --repo "deb /basedir subdir1/ subdir2/". That way you can also verify manually downloaded packages like f.i. your proprietary printer driver. Packages which have been purged or uninstalled are no more checked by default (config files may remain). Some file names in .deb ar-archives had a trailing slash which does no more irritate debcheckroot. debcheckroot does no more try to read /etc/passwd on --download-only. The --only switch may be left out by accident when verifying only from sha256sum-lists and debcheckroot still produces the necessary output.
