A proibição total do aborto, tal como existe na Polónia, é também contra a vida e a saúde da criança e da mãe e, portanto, seria considerada contrária aos direitos humanos. Na Polônia, os homossexuais são excluídos de muitos complexos residenciais e algumas cidades já se declararam livres de lésbicas e gays. Isso é discriminação ilegítima, porque lésbicas e gays também querem poder escolher onde morar. Onde está a UE que exige tratamento igual? Pior ainda, o governo PiS na Polônia prejudicou e revogou a separação de poderes como uma das bases de todo estado democrático, ou seja, a divisão em poderes executivo, legislativo e judiciário. O Ministro da Justiça pode agora demitir juízes à vontade e sem apresentar razões, ou mantê-los em funções por mais tempo do que o previsto. A Polônia também está ignorando uma decisão do Tribunal Europeu de Justiça na mina de carvão Turow, onde está dragando águas subterrâneas da República Tcheca. A UE é um órgão legislativo e jurisdicional que deve ser reconhecido pelos seus membros. Não pode ser que o governo polonês não faça isso, mas, como um beneficiário líquido, ainda reserva todas as vantagens para si mesmo. Eu vejo a situação na Hungria de forma diferente. Em relação à nova lei, deve-se destacar que a orientação homossexual é claramente anormal e que o objetivo de proteger as crianças de uma percepção distorcida da realidade é legítimo. No que se refere à questão da imigração, há que reconhecer que cabe aos legítimos proprietários das suas terras, habitadas lá há gerações, decidir quem aceitar e quem recusar. A admissão de pessoas perseguidas pessoalmente por razões políticas, conforme previsto na lei de asilo, não pode ser usada para legalizar a migração em massa (ver nossa mensagem anterior sobre o assunto). É de notar, no entanto, que a Hungria tem de cumprir os critérios de atribuição da ajuda corona da mesma forma que todos os outros países e vai ser que tem de fazer melhorias neste domínio.
The total ban on abortion as it exists in Poland is also against the life and health of the child and mother and therefore needs to be said to be contrary to human rights. In Poland, homosexuals are excluded from many residential complexes and some cities have even declared themselves free of lesbians and gays. This is illegitimate discrimination, because lesbians and gays also want to be able to choose where they live. Where is the EU here that demands equal treatment? Even worse, the PiS government in Poland has damaged and abrogated the separation of powers as one of the foundations of every democratic state, i.e. the division into executive, legislative and jurisidictional power. The Minister of Justice can now dismiss judges there at will and without giving reasons, or keep them in office longer than planned. Poland is also ignoring a ruling by the European Court of Justice at the Turow coal mine, where it is dredging groundwater in the Czech Republic. The EU is a legislative and jurisdictional body that is to be recognized by its members. It cannot be that the Polish government does not do this but, as a net recipient, still books all the advantages for itself. I see the situation in Hungary differently. Regarding the new law, it should be noted that the homosexual orientation is clearly abnormal and that the goal of protecting children from a distorted perception of reality is legitimate. With regard to the question of immigration, it must be recognized that it is up to the rightful owners of their land, which they have inhabited for generations, to decide whom to accept and who not to. The admission of individuals personally persecuted for political reasons as covered by the asylum law cannot be used to legalize mass migration (see our previous message on this). It should be noted, however, that Hungary has to meet the criteria for corona aid in the same way as all other countries have to and that it will likely need to make improvements here.
Das totale Abtreibungsverbot wie es in Polen herrscht geht auch gegen Leben und Gesundheit von Kind und Mutter und wäre daher als menschenrechtswidrig zu beinspruchen. In Polen werden Homosexuelle aus vielen Wohnanlagen ausgeschlossen und einige Städte haben sich sogar als lesben- und schwulenfrei deklariert. Das ist eine illegitime Diskriminierung, denn auch Lesben und Schwule wollen sich den Ort, an dem sie wohnen, aussuchen können. Wo bleibt hier die EU, die eine Gleichbehandlung einfordert? Schlimmer noch hat die PiS-Regierung in Polen die Gewaltenteilung, als eine der Grundfesten jedes demokratischen Staates, beschädigt und außer Kraft gesetzt, also die Teilung in Exekutive, Legislative, Jurisdiktion. Der Justizminister darf dort jetzt Richter nach Belieben und ohne Angaben von Gründen entlassen oder länger als vorgesehen im Amt behalten. Weiters ignoriert Polen ein Urteil des Europäishcen Gerichtshofs bei der Kohlegrube von Turow, wo es Tschechien das Grundwasser abbaggert. Die EU ist eine legislative und jurisdikative Instanz, die von ihren Mitgliedern anzuerkennen ist. Es kann nicht sein daß die polnische Regierung dies nicht tut aber als Nettoempfänger trotzdem alle Vorteile für sich verbucht. Anders sehe ich die Lage in Ungarn. Zum neuen Gesetz ist anzumerken, daß die homosexuelle Orientierung klar abnormal ist und daß das Ziel Kinder hier vor einer verdrehten Realitätswhrnehmung zu schützen legitim ist. Was die Einwanderungsfrage betrifft ist anzuerkennen, daß es die rechtmäßigen Inhaber ihres seit Generationen bewohnten Landes darüber zu bestimmen haben, wen sie aufnehmen wollen und wen nicht. Die Aufnahme einzelner persönlich politischer Verfolgter, wie durch das Asylrecht abgedeckt, kann nicht dazu verwendet werden eine Massenmigration zu legalisieren (siehe unsere vorhergehende Nachricht dazu). Es bleibt aber anzumerken, daß Ungarn die Vergabekrterien zu den Coronahilfen gleich wie alle anderen Staaten zu erfüllen hat und hier wohl nachbessern muß.
