Ein Chevron Vertreter zum Urteilsspruch gegen Chevron: „Wir werden kämpfen bis die Hölle darüber zufriert und dann auf Eis weiterkämpfen”. Der führende Rechtsanwalt im Schuldspruch gegen Chevron, Steven Donziger, steht nun schon illegal ein Jahr unter Hausarrest, seitdem Chevron in New York zurückgeklagt hat.

Der EuGH hat in einem Urteil entschieden, daß die Netzneutralitätsregeln selbst dann gelten, wenn das zwischen Mobilfunkern und Nutzern vertraglich anderes geregelt ist. In den USA hingegen hat das FCC Mitglied Ajit Pai gelogen, daß die Aufhebung der Netzneutralität mehr Leuten eine Breitbandverbindung gebracht hätte [1,2,3,4].
